About

Eileen Cantwell Architects is a family-run practice, based in North Dublin and established over 30 years. Our reputation has been built on the quality of our work and our commitment to our Clients. We are mother & daughter, both members of Royal Institute Architects of Ireland. Our firm offers a client- centered architectural service that will see a project from inception through to Certification.

We specialise in residential new builds, extensions, renovations, and commercial projects. The practice focuses in low energy solutions and practical designs. We take an integrated approach and look at all aspects of brief, budget, and site to provide long life-cycle solutions

We have worked extensively in North City & County Dublin, including Howth, Sutton, Portmarnock and Malahide, as well as areas closer to the city center: Clontarf, Killester, Marino and Drumcondra. We have also had many projects in Dublin city center, and Dublin’s Southside: Sandymount, Foxrock extending to Greystones.

Both Eva and Eileen are both Grade III credited Conservation Architects, meaning that they are qualified to carry out work on Protected Structures and in Conservation Areas.

With many years of experience, the practice is very familiar with all construction methods, and we have extensive knowledge of planning system.
